QUANTUM KHOR

Sleep Calculator

Based on 90-minute sleep cycles, plus a 15-minute buffer to fall asleep — find the bedtime or wake-up time that avoids waking up mid-cycle.

Why 90-minute cycles?

A full sleep cycle — light sleep, deep sleep, REM — takes about 90 minutes on average. Waking up at the end of a cycle, rather than in the middle of one, generally feels less groggy.

How many cycles do I need?

5-6 cycles (7.5-9 hours) is the commonly recommended range for adults, though individual need varies.

Is this exact for me personally?

No — it's a population-average model. Your own cycle length and ideal sleep duration can differ; tracking your own pattern over time gives a far more accurate picture.
