Gabriel is the orchestrating AI companion of Quantum Khor. Six specialists report into it, each restricted to one domain.
Gabriel holds the whole picture: it reads the shared wellness state (energy score, training load, sleep load, stress load), decides what matters today, and speaks in one voice. It has a spoken presence and answers in short, direct language rather than long explanations.
Orion — sport and competition. Vero — social and emotional load. Sanaa — nutrition. Kai — training and physical readiness. Mira — focus and mental load. NYLA — sleep, timing and circadian rhythm. Each has its own room and its own saved conversation history.
All seven read the same structured wellness state, but each only receives the context relevant to its domain. That is why the nutrition companion does not comment on your training plan and the sleep companion does not improvise a diet.
Every companion identifies itself as AI, uses non-medical wellness language, converts biomarkers into qualitative phrasing instead of raw values, and hands over to a human professional when the conversation moves towards a medical question.
A general chatbot answers whatever you ask, from whatever it happens to remember. Gabriel is constrained in three ways that a chatbot is not. It only sees data it has been explicitly granted for this request. It cannot see a raw biomarker value at all — values arrive already converted into qualitative phrasing. And every piece of context it received, plus every piece it was denied and why, is logged. It knows less than a general model on purpose, and what it does know is accountable.
Gabriel remembers your context across sessions: your goal, your recent direction, what it told you last week and whether anything came of it. Conversations with each specialist are stored separately, so the sleep companion picks up where the sleep conversation left off rather than re-reading everything about you. Continuity is what separates guidance from a series of unrelated answers.
Gabriel has a spoken presence and a deliberately specific register: authoritative, short, ADHD-optimised, and comfortable with silence when there is nothing worth saying. It leads with what changed rather than restating what you already know, and it understates rather than dramatises. If a week was unremarkable, it will tell you the week was unremarkable.
It will not diagnose, will not interpret a lab value clinically, will not tell you to change medication, and will not guess at a number it was not given. When a conversation moves toward a medical question there is a hard handover to a human professional. Every companion discloses that it is an AI. These are enforced in the request pipeline, not merely requested in a prompt.
Domain separation is a privacy mechanism before it is a product feature. Because Sanaa is scoped to nutrition, Sanaa never receives your social data — not by policy, but because the context assembly never sends it. Splitting the companions is what makes minimisation enforceable, and the shared wellness state is what keeps them from contradicting each other.
Quantum Khor is a wellness companion, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
