QUANTUM KHOR

What Quantum Khor doesn't do

This page states the boundary plainly, because a wellness product that is vague about this boundary is doing something wrong.

What Quantum Khor is not

Quantum Khor is not a medical device under the EU Medical Device Regulation. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, monitor or prevent any disease or condition, and it is not intended to. It does not screen for illness, it does not produce clinical findings, and no output from the product should be used to make a medical decision.

What it does instead

It measures general wellness signals — pulse-derived readings from a camera scan, optional wearable data, sleep and nutrition inputs, and lab values you choose to upload — and turns them into non-clinical guidance about training load, rest, food and focus. The output is framed as a wellness band and a direction of travel, not as a result.

Non-medical language, enforced

Terminology across the entire product is held to wellness-only phrasing and reviewed against that standard. Biomarker values are converted into qualitative descriptions before any AI companion sees them, so no companion can state, reconstruct or imply a clinical number. Where an underlying signal has a clinical name, the product speaks about the person's own recent range rather than about a reference interval.

The handover rule

When a conversation moves toward a medical question — symptoms, medication, a lab result you want interpreted — the AI companions stop and point you to a qualified health professional. There is a hard safety path for this, and it is not something the companion can be talked out of. If something concerns you about your health, speak to a doctor. Nothing in Quantum Khor is a reason to delay that.

Accuracy, stated honestly

On high-quality scans, internal validation against medical-grade reference devices places heart rate within about ±3 bpm and heart-rate variability within about ±8 ms RMSSD. Scan quality is reported with every reading and poor scans are labelled rather than silently used. These figures describe a wellness measurement, not a clinical one, and should not be read as a claim of clinical accuracy.

For health professionals

There is a professional account tier for practitioners whose clients choose to share a wellness picture with them. Sharing is always initiated by the individual, is scoped to what they select, and can be withdrawn at any time. The professional view carries the same non-diagnostic framing as the consumer product.

Quantum Khor is a wellness companion, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
