Health and biometric data are special category data under Article 9 of the GDPR and are processed only on your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time without losing access to the rest of the product.
Pulse-derived readings from camera scans, optional wearable data you connect yourself, sleep and nutrition entries, lab biomarkers you upload, conversations with the AI companions, and account data. Camera frames are processed on your device to derive the signal; raw video is not uploaded or stored.
Biometric and health data are never transmitted to map providers, analytics providers or advertising networks, and are never sold. Our map integration is explicitly hardened against this: telemetry is disabled and no request payload or user metadata carries a health signal. There is no advertising business behind this product.
Your address in the city is a private record tied to your account. Only you can read it; staff access runs through a permission-checked administrative path and is audited. Address history is purged with your account, and no citizen's address is exposed to other users.
Every AI request assembles its context fresh, checks consent at that moment, and logs which signals were included and which were withheld and why. Lab and biomarker values are converted into qualitative phrasing before they reach a model, so raw clinical values are never sent into an AI prompt.
Export delivers a complete machine-readable file of every scan, log, record and conversation (Article 20). Deletion removes your account and the data attached to it, including address history. Access, rectification, restriction and objection requests are handled inside the statutory deadline and tracked to it automatically.
