QUANTUM KHOR

What is Quantum Khor?

Quantum Khor is a living city, not a dashboard — home to Gabriel and six specialist AI companions who guide you using real biological signals and live sports data, without reducing you to a number.

A city, not a dashboard

Quantum Khor is a wellness application organised as a city with districts instead of tabs. The Wellness Center covers recovery, sleep, nutrition and lab biomarkers you upload yourself; the Stadium adds live sports context and competitive framing; Gate Orbit is the entrance and community layer; the Citizen House is your private account and address.

Real biological signals

Readings come from a camera-based scan on your phone (rPPG, 20–25 seconds, front and rear lens), optional wearable sync via your phone's health platform, and lab biomarkers you upload yourself. These feed one composite indicator, the Human Efficiency Score (HES).

Gabriel and six specialists

Gabriel is the orchestrator. Six specialists work in defined domains: Orion (sport and competition), Vero (social and emotional load), Sanaa (nutrition), Kai (training and physical readiness), Mira (focus and mental load), and NYLA (sleep). They share one wellness state, so their guidance stays consistent.

What Quantum Khor is not

It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool and not a numbers-only tracker. All wording is non-medical wellness terminology. Biometric data stays inside your account: it is never sent to map, analytics or advertising providers.

The districts, one by one

The Wellness Center is the core tower: recovery, sleep, nutrition, movement, focus and the lab biomarkers you upload yourself, each as its own room rather than a tab in a settings menu. The Stadium is where live sports context meets your own readiness, so a hard training week is discussed against the backdrop of a real season. Gate Orbit is the social layer and the entrance to the city, where people you choose to keep close can see a status you deliberately share — never a raw reading. The Citizen House is your private account: your address in the city, your consent settings, your export and deletion controls.

Why a city instead of a dashboard

A dashboard asks you to interpret yourself. It shows twelve numbers, colours three of them red, and leaves the conclusion to you. A city asks you to arrive somewhere and be told what matters today. The metaphor is not decoration: it changes what the product is allowed to do. Rooms have doors, and a door is a privacy boundary you can see. What happens in your House stays in your House unless you carry it out into the city yourself. That is easier to understand — and easier to trust — than a checkbox labelled 'share analytics'.

The Human Efficiency Score

One composite indicator, 0 to 100, across five pillars: Sleep, Nutrition & Metabolism, Recovery & Rhythm, Training & Body, and Mental & Resilience. It is deliberately presented as a band — Reset Zone, Building Phase, Strong Momentum, Peak Flow — rather than as a verdict, because a single-point number invites over-reading. The score moves slowly on purpose. A poor night does not collapse it, and one good scan does not redeem a hard fortnight.

Built for the long view

Most wellness products optimise for the session you are in right now. Quantum Khor is built around the week and the season: a weekly synthesis meeting where every specialist's view is merged into one briefing, a recovery debt ledger that tracks your thirty-day balance against your own baseline, and long-term trend reading from NYLA. The point is not to win today. It is to notice, early and quietly, when a direction has changed.

Where the limits are

Quantum Khor is a wellness companion. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it does not attempt to. Terminology throughout the product is non-medical by design and reviewed against that standard. When a conversation moves towards a medical question, the AI companions hand over to a human professional rather than improvising an answer.
